We’ve got a new look online

An overall superior website…That was the goal. clear, simple, to the point. Not only for it to be more convenient for the shopper to have everything in one place, but to give a unique experience of our brand, our ethos and most importantly, present an easy on the eye and use of the online store.

The visual look of our websites have come along way since we first launched, each was an advancement of the next, offering more features. But as technology improves, so does the need to evolve with the customer and their habits of online shopping.

An area often lacked in our growth was the mobile experience, which is safe to say has improved the most on our new website. More and more people browse clothing online through social media promotions and deals, moving away from traditional platforms like PCs and laptops, but more towards tablets and smartphones.

Black Mamba Elite Director, Symon Woan tasked with overseeing the development of the new site stated: “We wanted a new website to better collaborate with our mobile users, to offer an easier user experience when shopping online. We are passionate about providing a great service and maintaining a strong presence online with all our current and new customers, as well as sharing our perspective and generating the latest content on new releases to apparel development. This is a step in the right direction for the brand to grow and succeed.”

Working in collaboration with our own team, we partnered up with a creative agency ‘Yeti Inc’ who knew how to better own own goals and ambitions, adding in new features that the previous site failed to deliver. Headed up by founder Craig Heyworth, they fine tuned the site to offer a more personal touch for the user. By having the details recovered by logging into their account, cutting out the pain of adding in address details on each list, a wish list you can set up and add items you might would eventually like to buy. A currency convertor was also added to switch from £ to $ to help our American following that we have build up a great relationship with. You also have the option for other people to see it so your friends or family would know what kind of things you might like as gifts. Even down the functionality of the site was approved by Craig and Symon to make the website unique and creative as possible.
