Every product style has been tested by elite athletes in the sports and activities that define us as a brand. This means the quality of our fabrication must meet the same criteria. If your product is faulty or has a manufacturing fault please send it back to us for a replacement or a refund within the first 28 days of purchase.

// Unwanted Items / Incorrect Order
If you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to replace it upon customer returning the original item.If a product is not suitable and you require an alternate size/colour or you are not happy with it, we will replace the item or refund you the purchase price only – not including shipping costs. The product must be returned in the original packaging and in a resalable condition, plus not have been worn/ original tags still intact. If we deliver an incorrect product we will replace it free of charge or refund you the purchase price of the product. Notice to international customers on refunds/returns:

You can return your item(s) for an refund within 28 days of purchase, as long as the item(s) is none damaged and in its original condition. We’ll send you an email to let you know once we’ve received your return(s) with the details of any refunded item(s). The funds can take up to 5 working days to appear in your depending on your bank/card issuer.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. We ask that you obtain a proof of postage receipt so that if your parcel goes missing on the way back to us, you’ll have proof you sent it. Black Mamba Elite can not cover the cost of the original postage as an international customer, and only refund the cost given on purchase online.

It can take up to 21 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse in the UK. Once we receive it in its original condition, we’ll issue your refund urgently.
